Datasensing AE1/CP-4A Sensors

The Datasensing AE1/CP-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature an M8 standard no-flush mount with a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing, they offer complete protection against electrical damages and are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. The sensors are IP67 rated, ensuring excellent resistance to dust and water, and are suitable for use in harsh environments with operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The AE1/CP-4A model includes a 2m PVC cable for flexible installation and is designed with a PNP output type and NC output function. It supports a switching frequency of 5kHz and operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. With features like short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection, these sensors are built to withstand challenging conditions. The product also includes two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting. Ideal for applications requiring high repeat accuracy and minimal thermal drift, the AE1/CP-4A sensors are compatible with various materials, offering correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. Their compact design, with dimensions of M8 x 1 and a length of 45.5mm, makes them suitable for installations where space is limited. Additionally, ATEX models for category 3 environments are available upon request, further enhancing their versatility in hazardous locations.
