The Datasensing AE1/CP-4F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact design, these sensors are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with a metal casing that ensures longevity and robustness. The LED status indicator is visible from 360°, providing clear operational feedback. With an IP67 rating, these sensors are protected against dust and water ingress, making them suitable for harsh environments. The AE1/CP-4F model offers a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 3.24mm. It is compatible with standard targets of 12x12mm FE360, and its performance is optimized with various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, thanks to its specific correction factors. The sensor maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%. Designed for proximity functions, this sensor features a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function. It supports a switching frequency of up to 5kHz and operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensor is energy-efficient, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. It also includes comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The AE1/CP-4F is easy to install with its M8 plug connection and comes with two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting.
