The Datasensing AE6/AN-1A8Q Inductive Sensor is designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. This M8 short shielded sensor features a NO/NPN output with a flexible 2-meter axial cable, ensuring easy installation and connectivity. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, it is ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensor offers excellent correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.29), aluminium (0.38), brass (0.49), and stainless steel (0.78). It maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy below 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The sensor's hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and it operates at a switching frequency of 5kHz with an operating voltage between 10 to 30Vdc. It features a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA, with minimal leakage current and output voltage drop. The sensor is equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, and it includes essential protections such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
