The Datasensing AE6/AN-2F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely reduced measure, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments, and ATEX models are available upon request for specialized needs. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, ensuring longevity and performance. Available in both standard and long-distance models, the AE6/AN-2F Sensors cater to various operational requirements. They feature a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a correction factor for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate detection across diverse applications. The sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, they provide reliable proximity functions with an NPN output type and NO output function. The switching frequency is an impressive 5kHz, and they operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. Designed for efficiency, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A. The sensors are approved with CE UR certifications and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
