Datasensing AE6/AN-3F Sensors

The Datasensing AE6/AN-3F Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an extremely reduced measure and a robust metal housing. With a 360° visible LED status indicator, these sensors ensure easy monitoring and are protected by an IP67 housing, making them suitable for harsh environments. ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for specialized applications. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages and are available in both standard and long-distance models, as well as standard and short body housing options. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity functions. They feature an NPN output type with a normally open (NO) output function and a switching frequency of 5kHz. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, they have a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance. Constructed with nickel-plated brass and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are designed for durability. They are shielded for mounting and come with an M8 plug connection. The sensors can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and have a mechanical protection rating of IP67. Supplied with two M8x1 nuts, they are CE and UR approved, and compatible with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
