The Datasensing AE6/AP-1AVFAK Inductive Sensor is a high-performance proximity sensor designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M8 short shielded design, this sensor is equipped with a NO/PNP output type and a 0.15m axial cable with an M8 plug for easy connectivity. It offers a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 1.21mm, making it ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensor's correction factors for various materials include copper (0.29), aluminium (0.38), brass (0.49), and stainless steel (0.78), ensuring versatile application across different environments.
Engineered with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C, this sensor guarantees consistent performance. It features a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 5kHz, suitable for high-speed operations. The sensor operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. It ensures minimal power loss with an output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA and a max ripple content of ? 10%.
For enhanced safety and durability, the sensor includes short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
