The Datasensing AE6/AP-1F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact M08 DC design, these sensors are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments and offer complete protection against electrical damages. Available in both standard and long-distance models, these sensors provide flexibility for various applications.
The AE6/AP-1F Sensors boast a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, making them ideal for proximity functions. They are equipped with a PNP output type and NO output function, with a switching frequency of 5kHz. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of systems. They feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads.
Constructed with a shielded mounting design, these sensors have a compact M8 x 1 / L = 40mm dimension and weigh only 20g. The active head is made from PBT material, and the sensors come with two M8x1 nuts for easy installation. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, they are suitable for various industrial environments. The AE6/AP-1F Sensors are CE UR approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring high performance and reliability.
