The Datasensing AE6/AP-1F4W Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M8 short shielded design, these sensors are equipped with a PNP NO output function and an M8 connector for easy integration. Constructed with durable AISI303 stainless steel housing, they offer robust protection against harsh environments, with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. They provide excellent repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, ensuring consistent performance. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and offer a high switching frequency of 5kHz. Designed to withstand challenging conditions, the AE6/AP-1F4W sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting, these sensors are designed for easy installation with a tightening torque of 3Nm. They operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
