The Datasensing AE6/AP-3A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M8 short case with flush mount capabilities, these sensors are ideal for proximity detection in various industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, they ensure accurate detection of standard targets measuring 8x8mm FE360. The sensors offer a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) function, and a switching frequency of 5kHz, making them suitable for high-speed operations. Constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are equipped with a 5m PVC cable for easy connectivity and feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. The sensors are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection, ensuring long-lasting performance.
