The Datasensing AE6/CP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an M8 short shielded design, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensor's robust metal housing ensures durability, while the 360° visible LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback. With IP67 housing protection, these sensors are suitable for harsh environments, and ATEX models are available upon request for explosive atmospheres.
Engineered for complete protection against electrical damages, the AE6/CP-1A sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors feature a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, and a high switching frequency of 5kHz ensures rapid response times.
Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. The M8 x 1 dimensions and 35.5mm length allow for easy integration into various setups, and the included 2m PVC cable facilitates flexible installation.
