The Datasensing AE6/CP-4F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact design, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments and offer complete protection against electrical damages. Available in both standard and long-distance models, these sensors cater to various operational needs. The AE6/CP-4F model boasts a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and operates efficiently within a range of 0 to 3.24mm. It is equipped with a PNP output type and a normally closed (NC) output function, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. The sensor supports a switching frequency of 5kHz and operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA. Designed with safety in mind, it includes short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material ensure durability, while the M8 plug connection facilitates easy installation. Ideal for proximity functions, this sensor is CE and UR approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards. Supplied with two M8x1 nuts, it is ready for immediate deployment in your industrial setup.
