The Datasensing AH1/AN-3A Sensors are compact inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring high accuracy. The sensor features a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360 and offers correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
Housed in durable AISI303 stainless steel, the sensor is equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. It operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and supports a load current of up to 200mA. The sensor is designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging environments.
The AH1/AN-3A model is shielded for flush mounting and includes a yellow LED indicator for 360° visibility of the output state. It boasts a high switching frequency of 5kHz and maintains a repeat accuracy of less than 5%. With an IP67 protection rating, the sensor is resistant to dust and water ingress, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial settings. Additionally, ATEX models for category 3 environments are available upon request.
This sensor is engineered to withstand temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and complies with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Its robust design and comprehensive protection features make it an excellent choice for applications requiring reliable proximity sensing.
