The Datasensing AH1/AN-3F Sensors are designed with extremely reduced dimensions, making them ideal for applications where space is limited. Encased in a robust stainless steel housing, these sensors offer a high degree of durability and reliability. The 360° visible LED status indicator ensures easy monitoring of the sensor's operational state. With an IP67 protection rating, these sensors are well-suited for harsh environments, providing complete protection against electrical damages. Available in both standard and long-distance models, the AH1/AN-3F Sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm. They are optimized for a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. These proximity sensors operate with an NPN output type and a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They require an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions. The AH1/AN-3F Sensors are shielded for easy mounting and feature an M8 plug connection. They are constructed with AISI303 stainless steel and PBT active head material, offering a lightweight design at just 5g. These sensors are approved with CE and UR certifications and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, ensuring robust performance in demanding applications.
