The Datasensing AH1/AN-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in compact spaces. With an extremely reduced dimension of Ø6.5 mm, these inductive sensors feature a robust stainless steel housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator. They offer IP67 protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and are capable of operating within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
These sensors provide a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm, making them ideal for proximity detection. They are designed with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360 and offer correction factors for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors boast a high switching frequency of 5kHz and are protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The AH1/AN-4A Sensors are available in both standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing. They are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. Additionally, ATEX models for category 3 environments are available upon request. With a weight of just 35g and a length of 45.5mm, these sensors are perfect for applications requiring minimal space without compromising on performance.
