The Datasensing AH1/AP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these sensors feature a robust stainless steel housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator, ensuring easy monitoring and durability. The inductive sensor offers a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and operates efficiently within a range of 0 to 1.21mm, making it ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360.
Engineered for versatility, the AH1/AP-1A sensors come with a PNP output type and NO output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
The sensors are housed in a Ø6.5mm stainless steel body with a length of 45.5mm, and are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. They are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and an IP67 protection rating, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. Additionally, the sensors are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring they meet high safety and performance standards.
