The Datasensing AH1/AP-1F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in compact spaces. With an extremely reduced dimension of Ø6,5 mm, these inductive sensors are perfect for applications requiring minimal space. The robust metal housing, crafted from AISI303 stainless steel, ensures durability and longevity, while the 360° visible LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback. Offering IP67 protection, these sensors are resistant to dust and water, making them suitable for harsh environments. The AH1/AP-1F model features a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 1.21mm. It is optimized for standard targets of 8x8mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensor maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%. Equipped with a PNP output type and NO output function, the sensor supports a switching frequency of 5kHz and operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. It is designed with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance. The sensor's shielded mounting and M8 plug connection facilitate easy installation and integration into existing systems.
