The Datasensing AH1/AP-1H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in compact spaces. With an extremely reduced dimension of Ø6.5 mm, these inductive sensors are perfect for applications requiring a shielded, flush mount design. The robust metal housing made from AISI303 stainless steel ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the IP67 protection degree guarantees complete protection against dust and water ingress. Equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator, these sensors provide clear operational feedback. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 1.21mm, making them suitable for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. Engineered for safety and reliability, the AH1/AP-1H Sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. For added convenience, the sensors feature an M12 plug connection and are available in both standard and long-distance models. ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for environments requiring explosion protection. With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors ensure consistent performance across a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
