Datasensing AH1/AP-2A Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/AP-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these inductive sensors feature a metal housing made from durable AISI303 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh environments. The sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and boast an IP67 protection degree, making them suitable for challenging conditions. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. They are engineered to handle various materials with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AH1/AP-2A sensors are designed for proximity functions with a PNP output type and NO output function, supporting a switching frequency of 5kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with protection against inductive loads. With a compact size of Ø6.5mm and a length of 45.5mm, these sensors are lightweight at 35g and come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. They are approved with CE and UR certifications and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. The sensors are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
