Datasensing AH1/AP-2F Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/AP-2F Sensors are designed with extremely reduced dimensions, featuring a robust metal housing made from AISI303 stainless steel. These inductive sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator and offer IP67 protection, ensuring durability in various environments. The sensors are available in both standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing. They provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity functions. They feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function and a switching frequency of 5kHz. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The output voltage drop is ? 1.8V at 200mA, and they have a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and have a compact size of Ø6.5mm with a length of 50mm, weighing only 5g. They are compatible with M8 plug connections and have an active head made from PBT material. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C, and they are approved with CE UR certifications, ensuring compliance with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for specialized applications.
