Datasensing AH1/AP-4F Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/AP-4F Sensors are designed with extremely reduced dimensions, making them ideal for applications where space is limited. Encased in a robust stainless steel housing, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages and are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 protection degree, they are suitable for harsh environments, and ATEX models are available upon request for specific applications. These inductive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm, with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360. They are engineered with a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.42), aluminium (0.47), brass (0.52), and stainless steel (0.77). The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AH1/AP-4F Sensors operate with a PNP output type and a NO output function, supporting a switching frequency of 5kHz. They require an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance. Designed for unshielded mounting, these sensors have a compact dimension of Ø6.5mm and a length of 50mm, weighing only 5g. They are constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head material, suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are tested for shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
