The Datasensing AH1/CN-1F Sensors are designed with extremely reduced dimensions, making them ideal for applications where space is limited. Encased in a robust stainless steel housing, these sensors offer a high degree of durability and reliability. The 360° visible LED status indicator ensures easy monitoring of the sensor's operational state. With an IP67 protection rating, these sensors are resistant to dust and water, making them suitable for harsh environments. The AH1/CN-1F model features a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 1.21mm. It is optimized for standard targets of 8x8mm FE360, with specific correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensor maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. Designed for proximity functions, the sensor has an NPN output type with a normally closed (NC) output function. It supports a switching frequency of up to 5kHz and operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensor is energy-efficient, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. It also features a low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Safety and protection are paramount, with built-in short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protections.
