The Datasensing AH1/CN-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an inductive sensor diameter of 6.5 mm, these sensors are unshielded and feature a normally closed (NC) NPN output. The 2-meter axial cable ensures flexible installation options. Despite their compact size, these sensors boast a robust metal housing made from AISI303 stainless steel, providing durability and resistance to harsh environments. The 360° visible LED status indicator allows for easy monitoring of the sensor's operational state. Engineered with IP67 protection, these sensors are safeguarded against dust and water ingress, making them suitable for challenging conditions. For environments requiring explosion protection, ATEX models in category 3 are available upon request. The sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 2.02mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. They feature a high switching frequency of 5kHz and maintain repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C. The sensors are designed to handle a load current of up to 200mA with minimal leakage and output voltage drop. The AH1/CN-2A Sensors are compatible with various materials, offering correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
