Datasensing AH1/CN-2H Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/CN-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an inductive sensor diameter of 6.5 mm, these sensors are unshielded and feature an NC/NPN output with an M12 plug connection. The compact design allows for easy integration into tight spaces, while the robust stainless steel housing ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments. The sensor includes a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and boasts an IP67 protection rating, making it suitable for challenging conditions. The AH1/CN-2H offers a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 2.02mm. It is compatible with standard targets of 8x8mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper (0.39), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.54), and stainless steel (0.81). The sensor maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C. Additional features include a switching frequency of 5kHz, operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, and a load current capacity of up to 200mA. The sensor is equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance. The yellow LED output state indicator provides clear feedback, and the sensor is ready for operation within 50ms. Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel and PBT active head material, the sensor is lightweight at just 5g and measures Ø6.5mm by 60mm in length. It is approved by CE and UR standards and meets EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2. The sensor is also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards, making it a robust choice for various industrial applications.
