Datasensing AH1/CN-3F Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/CN-3F Sensors are compact inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring close proximity detection. The sensor features a robust stainless steel housing with a diameter of 6.5mm and a length of 50mm, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. The LED status indicator provides 360° visibility, allowing for easy monitoring of the sensor's output state. Engineered with IP67 protection, the AH1/CN-3F Sensors are safeguarded against dust and water ingress, making them suitable for industrial settings. They offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are equipped with an NPN output type and a normally closed (NC) output function, with a switching frequency of 5kHz, ensuring fast and accurate response times. The AH1/CN-3F Sensors are compatible with a variety of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminium, brass, and stainless steel. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, ensuring reliable performance in diverse conditions. For added convenience, the sensors feature an M8 plug connection and are constructed with an active head made of PBT material. They are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility in accordance with IEC 60947-5-2 standards. The AH1/CN-3F Sensors are also available in ATEX models, category 3, upon request, catering to environments with explosive atmospheres.
