The Datasensing AH1/CN-4A Sensors are designed with extremely reduced dimensions and a robust metal housing made from AISI303 stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability. These inductive sensors feature a 360° visible LED status indicator and offer IP67 protection, making them suitable for harsh environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0
3.24mm, they are ideal for precise proximity detection. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity.
The AH1/CN-4A model operates with an NPN output type and a normally closed (NC) output function, supporting a switching frequency of 5kHz. It is designed to handle an operating voltage range of 10...30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensor also features comprehensive protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
This sensor is compatible with standard targets of 12x12mm FE360 and offers correction factors for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. It maintains high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of < 5% and a thermal drift of Sr < 10%. The AH1/CN-4A is designed for unshielded mounting and is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It complies with CE and UR approvals and meets EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring reliable performance in industrial applications.
