Datasensing AH1/CN-4F Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/CN-4F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in compact spaces. With an inductive sensor diameter of 6.5 mm, these sensors are unshielded and feature a normally closed (NC) NPN output. The robust metal housing is crafted from AISI303 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. A 360° visible LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback, while the IP67 protection degree guarantees resistance to dust and water ingress. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.24mm, making them ideal for applications requiring close proximity detection. The standard target size is 12x12mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper (0.42), aluminum (0.47), brass (0.52), and stainless steel (0.77). The thermal drift of Sr is less than 10%, and the repeat accuracy is under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AH1/CN-4F Sensors are equipped with a switching frequency of 5kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They feature a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is ? 1.8V at 200mA, and the sensors can handle a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Safety and protection are paramount, with built-in short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protections. The sensors are designed for unshielded mounting and connect via an M8 plug. They are lightweight at just 5g and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27.
