The Datasensing AH1/CP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these sensors feature a metal housing made from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh environments. The 360° visible LED status indicator provides clear operational feedback, while the IP67 protection degree guarantees complete protection against dust and water ingress. These sensors are available in both standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing to suit various installation needs. The AH1/CP-1A offers a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 1.21mm. It is optimized for a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360, with specific correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. Engineered for high performance, the sensor boasts a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. It features a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. The sensor operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. Safety and protection are paramount, with built-in short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protections. The sensor is equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and is constructed with an active head made from PBT material. It is designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and complies with CE and UR approvals, as well as EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. The AH1/CP-1A is also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC standards, ensuring robust performance in demanding conditions.
