The Datasensing AH1/CP-1F Sensors are designed with extremely reduced dimensions, featuring a robust metal housing made from AISI303 stainless steel. These inductive sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator and offer IP67 protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensors are available in both standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing. They provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity detection. They feature a PNP output type with an NC output function and a high switching frequency of 5kHz. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1.8V @200mA, and they maintain a low leakage current of ? 10?A. The AH1/CP-1F Sensors are designed for flush mounting with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360, and they include a correction factor for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C.
