The Datasensing AH1/CP-1F Sensors are designed with extremely reduced dimensions, featuring a robust metal housing made from AISI303 stainless steel. These inductive sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator and offer IP67 protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensors are available in both standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing. They provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity detection. They feature a PNP output type with an NC output function and a high switching frequency of 5kHz. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1.8V @200mA, and they maintain a low leakage current of ? 10?A. The AH1/CP-1F Sensors are designed for flush mounting with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360, and they include a correction factor for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The sensors also feature a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. These sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. They are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, making them reliable for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with an M8 plug connection and have an active head material made from PBT. They operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
