Datasensing AH1/CP-1H Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/CP-1H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these inductive sensors feature a metal housing made from durable AISI303 stainless steel, ensuring robust performance and longevity. The sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and boast an IP67 protection degree, making them suitable for harsh environments. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 1.21mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. They are engineered to handle various materials with specific correction factors, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%. The AH1/CP-1H model operates with a PNP output type and NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of 5kHz. It functions within an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. Designed for shielded mounting, these sensors have a compact dimension of Ø6.5mm and a length of 60mm, weighing only 5g. They are compatible with M12 plug connections and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The AH1/CP-1H Sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and are built to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
