The Datasensing AH1/CP-2H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these inductive sensors feature a metal housing made from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh environments. The sensors are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and boast an IP67 protection degree, making them suitable for challenging conditions. These sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 2.02mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. They are engineered to handle various materials with specific correction factors, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at standard conditions. The AH1/CP-2H model operates with a PNP output type and NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of 5kHz. It functions within an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with minimal power consumption and robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Designed for unshielded mounting, these sensors are lightweight at just 5g and connect via an M12 plug. They are built to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and comply with CE and UR approvals, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
