Datasensing AH1/CP-3F Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/CP-3F Sensors are compact inductive sensors with a diameter of 6.5 mm, designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Encased in a robust stainless steel housing, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages and are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 protection degree, they are suitable for harsh environments, and ATEX models are available upon request for explosive atmospheres. These sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for close-range detection tasks. They are designed to work with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360, and their correction factors accommodate different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors maintain high accuracy with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AH1/CP-3F Sensors operate with a PNP output type and NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of up to 5kHz. They require an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and longevity. Designed for shielded mounting, these sensors have a compact dimension of Ø6.5 / L = 50mm and weigh only 5g. They are constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head material, ensuring resilience in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are tested for shocks and vibrations per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
