Datasensing AH1/CP-3FAN Sensors

The Datasensing AH1/CP-3FAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring a compact Ø6.5 mm design, these sensors are shielded and equipped with an NC/PNP output function, making them ideal for various industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, they ensure accurate detection of standard targets measuring 8x8mm FE360. The sensors exhibit excellent correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.10), aluminium (0.17), brass (0.25), and stainless steel (0.60). Engineered for reliability, the AH1/CP-3FAN Sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. They operate at a switching frequency of 5kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed with robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. Constructed with durable AISI303 stainless steel housing and PBT active head material, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection. They are equipped with an M8 plug connection and feature a yellow LED indicator for output state. The sensors are compliant with CE and UR approvals, ensuring safety and reliability in explosive atmospheres (II 3G Ex nA IIC T5 Gc II 3D Ex tc IIIB T90°C Dc). Withstanding operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, they are also resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
