The Datasensing AH1/CP-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an inductive sensor diameter of 6.5 mm, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm. The sensor is housed in a robust AISI303 stainless steel casing, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. It features a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring and boasts an IP67 protection degree, making it suitable for use in demanding conditions.
The AH1/CP-4A model is equipped with a PNP output type and an NC output function, with a switching frequency of 5kHz. It operates efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensor is designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
This sensor is ideal for applications requiring precise proximity detection, with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360 and correction factors for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The AH1/CP-4A is also equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity.
With its compact dimensions of Ø6.5 / L = 45.5mm and a weight of 35g, the sensor is easy to integrate into existing systems. It is approved by CE and UR, and complies with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2.
