Datasensing AH6/AN-1F Sensors

The Datasensing AH6/AN-1F Sensors are compact inductive sensors with a diameter of 6.5 mm, designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Encased in a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing, these sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages and are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With an IP67 protection degree, they are suitable for harsh environments, and ATEX models are available upon request for explosive atmospheres. These sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. They are designed with a correction factor for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate performance across various applications. The sensors boast a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AH6/AN-1F Sensors operate with a switching frequency of 5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They have a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is ? 1.8V at 200mA, and they feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. Designed for flush mounting, these sensors have a short case and shielded mounting, with dimensions of Ø6.5mm and a length of 40mm. Weighing just 5g, they are lightweight yet durable, with an active head made of PBT. The sensors are approved with CE and UR certifications and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions.
