Datasensing AH6/AN-3A Sensors

The Datasensing AH6/AN-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. With an extremely compact design, these inductive sensors feature a metal housing made from durable AISI303 stainless steel, ensuring robustness and longevity. The sensor's LED status indicator is visible from 360°, providing clear operational feedback. Rated with an IP67 protection degree, these sensors are resistant to dust and water, making them suitable for harsh conditions. For specialized applications, ATEX models in category 3 are available upon request. The sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity. The AH6/AN-3A Sensors have a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, with a standard target size of 8x8mm FE360. They exhibit a thermal drift of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The sensors operate with a switching frequency of 5kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. Designed for proximity functions, these sensors have an NPN output type with a normally open (NO) output function. They can handle a load current of up to 200mA, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1.8V @200mA, and the sensors can withstand a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. The AH6/AN-3A Sensors are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards as per IEC 60947-5-2. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. With a mechanical protection rating of IP67, these sensors are built to endure challenging industrial conditions.
