The Datasensing AH6/AP-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact size of Ø6,5 mm and a short unshielded body, these inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 2.02mm. The robust metal housing, made from AISI303 stainless steel, ensures durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the IP67 protection degree guarantees complete protection against dust and water ingress.
Equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator, these sensors provide clear operational feedback. The PNP output type with NO function and a switching frequency of 5kHz ensures fast and accurate detection. The sensors are designed to handle a load current of up to 200mA, with a low output voltage drop of ? 1.8V at 200mA, and feature comprehensive protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The AH6/AP-2A Sensors are compatible with a variety of materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, and maintain high repeat accuracy and low thermal drift. The sensors are suitable for a wide range of temperatures, operating efficiently between -25°C and +70°C. With a 2m PVC cable connection and compliance with CE and UR approvals, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring reliable proximity detection in compact spaces.
