Datasensing AH6/CP-1A86 Sensors

The Datasensing AH6/CP-1A86 Inductive Sensor is designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With a compact Ø6,5 mm short shielded design, this sensor features a nominal sensing distance of 1,5mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 1,21mm. It is optimized for standard targets of 8x8mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensor boasts a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. Its hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. Equipped with a PNP output type and NC output function, the sensor supports a switching frequency of 5kHz and operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. It maintains a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1,8V at 200mA. The sensor is designed with robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The housing is made from durable AISI303 stainless steel, with a 5m PVC cable connection and an active head material of PBT.
