The Datasensing AH6/CP-4A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. With an extremely compact design, these inductive sensors feature a 6.5 mm diameter and a short unshielded body, making them ideal for applications where space is limited. The robust metal housing is crafted from AISI303 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions.
Equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator, these sensors provide clear operational feedback. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.24mm, with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360. The sensors are engineered to handle a variety of materials with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
The AH6/CP-4A Sensors boast a high switching frequency of 5kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are designed with comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable performance and longevity.
