The Datasensing AK1/A0-1A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating range of 0 to 4.05mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 18x18mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and provide reliable performance with a switching frequency of 300Hz.
Built with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, the AK1/A0-1A sensors ensure durability and longevity. They are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are protected against short circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors are shielded for easy mounting and come with a 2m PVC cable for convenient connections.
