Datasensing AK1/A0-4H Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/A0-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 12mm and an operating range of 0 to 9.7mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 36x36mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and provide reliable performance with a switching frequency of 150Hz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. Built with durability in mind, the AK1/A0-4H Sensors have a nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring robust protection against environmental factors. They are designed to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and offer IP67 mechanical protection, making them suitable for harsh industrial environments. The sensors come with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. These sensors are available with various output types, including NPN/PNP and NO functions, and can be mounted unshielded with a tightening torque of 25Nm. They are compatible with M12 plug connections and come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts. The AK1/A0-4H Sensors are CE and UR approved, meeting IEC 60947-5-2 EMC compatibility standards, and are tested for vibration and shock resistance according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
