Datasensing AK1/AN-2H Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/AN-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 unshielded NO/NPN connection with an M12 plug, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm. They are compatible with a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360 and have a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.53), brass (0.56), and stainless steel (0.77). Engineered for durability, the sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. With a hysteresis range of 1 to 20%, they support a switching frequency of 600Hz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are designed to handle a load current of up to 400mA, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The robust construction includes a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, ensuring a high degree of protection (IP67) against environmental factors. The sensors are equipped with yellow LED indicators for output state, and they feature comprehensive protection mechanisms, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. With a compact design of M18 x 1 / L = 64mm and a weight of 55g, these sensors are easy to install using the supplied M18x1 nuts and can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C.
