Datasensing AK1/AP-1A8R Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/AP-1A8R Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 shielded design, these sensors operate with a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating range of 0 to 4.05mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection. The sensors are built with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a durable 10m PVC cable for extended reach and flexibility. Engineered for versatility, the AK1/AP-1A8R Sensors are compatible with various materials, offering correction factors for copper (0.40), aluminum (0.48), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.86). They maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%. The sensors are capable of handling a load current of up to 400mA, with a low output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. Designed for demanding environments, these sensors provide comprehensive protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and are rated for an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The AK1/AP-1A8R Sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
