The Datasensing AK1/AP-3AAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for reliable proximity detection. Featuring an M18 standard flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 6.48mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient operation with a switching frequency of 300Hz. The sensors are constructed with a durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, providing robust protection against harsh environments.
These sensors are designed to operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. They feature a low output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA and are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors also include a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and are capable of withstanding mechanical shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
With an IP67 mechanical protection rating, these sensors are suitable for use in challenging industrial environments, offering reliable performance across a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensors come with a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and are supplied with two M18x1 nuts for secure mounting.
