Datasensing AK1/AP-3H Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/AP-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring reliable performance with a switching frequency of 300Hz. These sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA. They can handle a load current of up to 400mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A and an output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are designed with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are robust and durable, with an IP67 degree of protection. They are shielded for mounting and come with M12 plug connections. The sensors are also equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. They are suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are approved with CE and UR certifications, ensuring compliance with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility. The sensors are also resistant to shocks and vibrations, meeting IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use.
