The Datasensing AK1/AP-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 12mm and an operating range of 0 to 9.7mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 36x36mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors boast a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%, ensuring reliable performance.
These sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, with a switching frequency of 300Hz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, and they feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection for enhanced durability.
Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are robust and can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. They are designed for unshielded mounting and come with M12 plug connections. The sensors are IP67 rated for mechanical protection, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. Additionally, they are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. Supplied with two M18x1 nuts, these sensors are easy to install and integrate into existing systems.
