The Datasensing AK1/CP-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and an NC output function, ensuring reliable performance with a switching frequency of 300Hz.
Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and can handle a load current of up to 400mA. They are designed with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, making them robust and durable. The sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with an M18 x 1 dimension and a length of 50mm, providing IP67 mechanical protection against dust and water.
