Datasensing AK1/CP-3H Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/CP-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper (0.40), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.75). The sensors exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The AK1/CP-3H models are equipped with a PNP output type and an NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of 300Hz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The sensors ensure minimal leakage current (? 10?A) and a low output voltage drop (? 1V at 400mA). They are designed with robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are shielded and have a mechanical protection rating of IP67, making them suitable for harsh environments. They are equipped with yellow LED indicators for output state and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. The sensors are compatible with M12 plug connections and come with two M18x1 nuts for easy installation. They are approved by CE and UR, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, as well as vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are versatile and reliable for various industrial applications.
