The Datasensing AM1/A0-3H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These M12 shielded sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an IP67 degree of protection, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering excellent resistance to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
Equipped with NPN/PNP output types and a NO output function, the AM1/A0-3H sensors provide a switching frequency of 750Hz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They ensure reliable performance with features like short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors also include a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a time delay before availability of ? 50ms.
The AM1/A0-3H sensors are versatile, with options for cable, M12, and M8 plug cable exits, and are available in models with 2 or 3 wires. For specialized environments, ATEX models, category 3, can be requested. The sensors are easy to install with a shielded mounting design and come with two M12x1 nuts for secure attachment. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are a reliable choice for proximity detection in demanding settings.
