The Datasensing AM1/AP-1A85 Sensor is a high-performance inductive sensor designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M12 shielded design, this sensor operates with a NO/PNP output and is equipped with a 4-meter axial PVC cable for versatile installation. It offers a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making it ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. The sensor boasts a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.22), aluminium (0.31), brass (0.41), and stainless steel (0.77). With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C, this sensor ensures consistent performance. It features a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 2kHz, suitable for high-speed applications. The operating voltage ranges from 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensor's output voltage drop is ? 1.8V at 200mA, and it maintains a max ripple content of ? 10%.
