The Datasensing AM1/AP-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.62mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They feature a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring durability in various industrial environments. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard, short body, and long-distance options, with output configurations available in cable, M12, and M8 plug cable exits. They support both 2 and 3 wire models, with ATEX category 3 models available upon request for hazardous environments. The AM1/AP-1H Sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, capable of handling a switching frequency of up to 2kHz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. With a high degree of mechanical protection rated at IP67, these sensors are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
